And according to the constitution... At president's death PM becomes the president... So he will not make a brother the president... nor Prabha...

The Tamil Makkal Viduthalai Pulikal (TMVP) last week reiterated that it would not lay down arms due to the present security situation, and that it would contest in a future general election with Karuna Amman already sworn in as a Member of Parliament, TMVP officials said.
The security of 3000 odd cadres would be in question if the TMVP decides to lay down its arms, TMVP spokesperson K. Iniyabharathi told The Sunday Leader.

I think that the SL army is wise enough to think about what will happen if these new "army" get some different view at the front line. anyway maybe its a good idea to use them in an area where they used to be specialized in instead of keeping the fire under the ash.
