Oxford AZ is the best for SL from what is available. There is no such thing as powerful vaccine. at the moment any approved by WHO is ok. Pfizer Biontec is expensive and not suitable due to minus 80-70 centrigage requirment and also it is very fragile .eg even bottle cannot be shaken. Same with Moderna though it can be used with refregerated -20 c but this also have limitations and more expensive.
Only vaccine that is given at cost is Oxford AZ and this was a joint decision by Oxford and swedish company AZ
No vaccine in the world without any side effect. How many children in SL died of MMR? but did we stop it ?
