But this a another game involves commissions etc. They use the ETF of poor people to fund this . What happens if this thing fails.

cancel the agreement between Airlanka and Emirates and acquire Airlanka back to the government. It is much easier because within few months agreement expires, and what they should do is not extend it anymore.
