I've told u, im totally against satanism. I don't see satanism like a religion or a phylosophy.. anythn acceptable...! SATANISM IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

And well, i want to know why people put the pentacle and thy are used 2 show it..I would like know the reasons
No offencz.. that is only a curiousity 2 know, why people tend to put that symbol.

i guess people think that pentacle is "cool" lol that's it ..eventhough among them there can be real "satanists"

lol when my lifestyle or tastes are criticized i usualy don't give a crap about it cos i believe that since I'm true to myself i don't have to prove a thing for others and i guess rest of the world could follow the same formula..while keeping an open mind towards what they don't believe in ..like wicca i did learn loads from this thread and same goes for satanism a.k.a worshiping teh devil

But I guess we oftn misunderstand lot of things and we tend to use them in a various ways... Ignoring is good, but when you see a person who's goin on a wrong way, well..... It would be nice if u tried to help him/her instead of ignoring...

Yes, satanic rituals consists of "sexual intercourse", but I'm sure that they do not actually perform any sacrifices and invoke spirits...

It is a religious symbol, It is the identity of Wiccans. For Wiccans it is a symbol of protection. A pentacle is drown by the door of a Wiccan home to ward off evil.

Like a Christian may wear a Crucifix for protection or to show their Christian identity, a Wiccan may wear a Pentacle for the same reason... Well, I'm not dare to wear a Pentacle openly in public, because chances are high people may misunderstand it..

Few other people asked me if it is the symbol of Jews... Oh, this is very silly. The Jews symbol is hexagram and it has six points. Besides Jews don't Tattoo, (they consider it as a sin).

It is a great pleasure to have you on our thread and see that you are interested. We have met people of different patterns of thinking and very intolerate people on this web. Thank you for not trying to save or convert us while holding a different point of view.

There are different types of people in Wicca. So don't judge all the Wiccans for the acts of few people. Wicca is not just a lifestyle or a Subculture, it is a Religion. You may not identify a Wiccan just by looking at once. Some people wear all black and put Gothic make-up and wear a large silver pentacle. There are many attention seekers who just want to be different and knows nothing about Wiccan theology and call themselves Wiccan, or a Witch. Now, Vishva and I are not that kind of people.

Actually, I didn't want to confuse people and was kind a afraid for misunderstanding.

It depends on what kind of people you meet. When you are got to know to a new friend, they tends to ask questions about you, to get to know about you. Last weekend I was at a workshop on psychic healing. I met a lot of friends with simillar interests as me. Well, they had a metaphysical, occult background of interest. But I had difficulty on explaining my religious beliefs with them.

One guy asked me what does that pentacle means. I have to explain him that it is not Judaism! He didn't knew anything about Wicca. So I have to say that it is like Witchcraft. (But Wicca is different from Witchcraft...)

Another nice lady I met asked me What is my religion. When I said that I'm Wiccan, she was like confused... I explained that it is a nature religion and related to Witchcraft. That was the end of that discussion!

That is what happens when other people do not understand what it means to me. I just don't want to be weired, I just know that I'm different, But I can't help it!
