I faced 3 rd interview and failed. interviewed by head of engineering. about 2 hours. 1.45 hours technical only. that day was a bad day for me. should have been with HR, and Head of engineering and boss. somehow they missed that day so I was forced to do the interview with head of SE.

where you got this salary scale. if some one is taking that much salary for this position then he is doing some extra work with his back. truth is normally for SSE its around 180 to max 250. i think you were talking about salary of technical lead to senior.
