Agreed. When we have a no proper structure or future plans (government) and 90% are always asking for bribes and what not, this country is going to hell. This country is livable if you make around 200k per month. A salary less than that is not living and enjoying life. A less salary means we are surviving to live a good life.

It doesn't matter if this country has many unexplored places and sceneries, when a better life awaits in another country.

true! we should think about the future of our kids. future of lanka is not so bright. we are losing countries sovereignty day by day and lankan leaders wants to satisfy other nations more than its own citizens. what is the point of roaring our patriotism like a lion when our women are washing plates in the middle east ? sri lankan passport is one of the worst top ten passports in the world. we have become a nation of beggars by taking loan all over the world. the dept trap is the worst kind of trap lanka can have.

i noticed some people here saying lanka is a better place if they have money in hand. they dont understand even if they have 1 million dollars in their hands their travel freedom is pretty much limited with their lankan passport. this means even if you have a lot of money you dont get the freedom you want. this is just 1 example and there are many things like this what money cant buy.
