Yes and No

Microsoft centered taskbar, now it looks like macOS dock
& there are some UI designs similar to macOS

But there are a lot of features, which still not on macOS like snap layouts
Why does Microsoft wants to copy apple when they have dominance of the PC market.

This is the only issue I have with 11.

I use ALT+tab. 1st click and hold on the file, ex: image. Then get the software you need via ALT+TAB. ex: PS. Then drop the file. Works like charm.
