You answered it yourself. just remove all the programming languages(Python, Go, Perl) from the list and replace them with PHP, then you are good to go.
and the funny thing is, you are comparing 15 different technologies against a CMS.
You are kidding me, right?
Let me ask you one question. how many concurrent requests do you think booking.com has in any given second?
You are talking about a single instant of the website. big websites use multiple instants to handle all the requests. when traffic grows system grows with it.
On WordPress, 95% of performance issues based on optimization issues.

Concurrent requests/connections are measurement units for the server NOT for the CMS or programming language.

But the problem here is searching through millions of entities of each connection. this is why I mentioned the Concurrency of the requests. although the request pipeline handheld by the server hopefully you understand that there is a big logic behind the handling of each request. that's big data. so that's where Python comes in handy. imagine 1MIl request you need to search through millions of records and apply 10 different cretirrias. can you handle that using WordPress? then my question is why booking.com is fool enough to choose such a big stack?
