i hav a 360 elite one. i got it frm ausi.. the way mod it was he change the DVD Rom and update the firmware.. bcos console which made after Feb 2009 MS has change the DVD Rom.. so you cant just put the firmware.. you have to put a Hitachi DVD Rom.. i got GEARS OF WAR 2 collectors edition game, Mass Effect, Helo 3,.. let me know if your interested.
