I haven't tried this - but you should be able to use a browser like Chrome or Opera on WIndows XP SP3. The current Chrome will not possibly run but you can download the last version which was supported in XP.
The only thing you will have to do is to install is TLS 1.2.
From 3 Aigust 2019 Zoom only supports Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2+ and have disabled TLS 1.0 and 1.1
Hence you will need to install TLS 1.2 on XP. Give it a try.
