shortness of breath is sth a whole other thing machan in sleep
not exactly sleep paralysis.. more like its sleep apnea...
but this sleep paralysis is quite freaky...
this is mainly associated with a degenerative disease called NARCOLEPSY..
my papa has it.. but i dont...
i have experienced sleep paralysis for about 3 times...
last time i experienced i had to slightly move my right thumb near my mouth and i bit it hard to snap out of the paralysis....
lol of course it bleed like shit..
sleep paralysis only stay from about 10 secs to 10 mins...
it'll take a whole new page to explain the full phenomena..
