Hungak welawata original firmware & roms are bit slow .

mamath mage xperia eka athata gaththu wele tikak baya una . 1GHZ unata godak slow & laggy ..

But now I'm using a custom rom created by Wolfbreak ( only for xperia ) & now the 4n flies , no lags what so ever .. I challange anyone

go to XDA forum . go to galaxy s section .. read posts carefully & learn how to get the best out of your 4n mate

Edit : Before Galaxy S II came ( very recently ) Galaxy S is the King Of Android twice better than my Xperia X 10

indeed we should enable lagfix.. otherwise it will laggy.
