machan just to know,this must've mentioned before in your posts. what was the color of the led,is it blue or bright white?

Dark blue, I've undervolted (dimmed) them to length life....

බයික් වල headlight එකට උඩින් led දාලා තිබ්බාට ඒවගෙ එලිය පේන්නෙ නෑ head light එකේ එලියට. අනික side mirror ව්ල ලයිට් වලින් වාහනේ පලල පෙනවා. ඒකෙ කොහොමත් වැරැද්දක් නෑ. උබේ ඔය ලයිට් එකේ එලිය headlight එක තියෙද්දිත් පේනවා කියන්නෙ ඒක සෑහෙන එලිය ඇති.

උඹට ඔය කුරුසෙන් එහාට හිතාගන්න බැරි නං හිතාගනින් ඕක උඹේ කුරුසෙ හින්දා කියලා.

Did you know Department of Motor traffic said that driving with lights on during the day avoids accidents? but the law says its illegal to put lights during the day... My cross is no problem, there are now bikes that come with LEDs above the main light... and side mirrors. Its really hard to prove a LED as a lamp.

Proving LED as a Lamp is just a part of the problem. the main issue is that it is a distraction for other motorists come from the opposite side (and that's where Police has to intervene).
I have seen buses with LED 'thoran' fixed in the front and for small vehicle drivers it's a headache.

Dude are you serious? Blinking LED yes. Not static. I'm a person that travels on the road ALOT, from what I know, people should stop using the HEAD beam.... its the main problem. I've been blinded by the HEAD beam of busses, and many other vehicles and especially those new 3 wheelers. I've never been distracted on the road by LED or Pandol Vehicles.... just those darn idiots driving inside town with HEAD and not Dip. Its blurs out my side mirrors as well. If your a person that drives at night, you know the real issue is not LEDs
