The best gaming card under 20k is GTS 450.
you can buy it around 18,000 SRS from Unity Plaza. it's not that a bad card cause you can run any game above 30fps depend on your rest of system specifications. but make sure to keep the Anti Aliasing around 4X if you use MLAA which is slidely a demanding tech. but if you get a chance to use CSAA which is from nvidia Anti Aliasing technology don't forget to try it out and perhaps you can go 8XCSAA BUT DO NOT select 8XCSAAQ which is same as 4XMLAA.the best advantage of CSAA is it slidely hits the performance while removing the jaggy edges of the polygons. try to upgrade your CPU to a Quad Core one cause Quad Cores are really useful for Open World games of course if you intend to try any Open World games such as GTA IV, Mafia 2, Saints Row 3, Prototype 2 etc... actually you can buy a GTX 460 for a cheap price if you ain't in Srilanka.

go for HD7750/7770 series if you dont have a proper power supply cos they only need around 50W.Thank's a lot machan,

sorry for being so nerdy I just want to point out graphic card isn't the only one in which helps to get a smooth frame rate you may need to concern about other primary hardware devices as well. also Dx11 games tend to utilize the GPU (graphic processing unit which means the processor of the graphic card) while Dx9c games utilize the processor. it's actually a complicated thing to setup a good PC as well as develop a game for PC since there might be millions of hardware combinations.
