This is the scene machan, If you are just our after school, first complete an academic bachelors (Bsc,BBA,BA,Bcom..etc..) that is the most valued qualification you will get in your life. I recommend a BSc. All CIMA,ACCA,ABE,CIM are professional qualifications.. which you will anyways learn if you get into a good firm. Ideal thing would be to complete one of the professional qualifications while you study for the academic qualification. pass out before 23 with both the qualifications, try to get a 2nd upper or a 1st class in ur Bsc & join as a management trainee in a reputed place. u r done for a long time in life. After working for abt 3-4 years u can think of a Masters, i do not recommend anyone to start a masters just after a bachelor cos ull not know a crap abt what u learn there specially in an MBA. Also a masters without a bachelors will have a lower value & demand than just a bachelors. so target to complete these before 30 & u r almost done. After that u could go for another Msc if you wish to specialize in what u do. If u r really into it go for an MPhill with a Phd. None of these comes in the easy way machan.. u need to put up a lot of energy, sweat & courage. Also $$$, But when u r there & when u look back the way u came.. there are no words to describe how u feel. All the best.!

    gud advice.

it is very important to have a 4 years bachelors degree at first (at least 3 years). Then with some work experience, go for a masters.

yes, but actually in a bank, their engineering degree is useless most of the time if it is not in IT.

Not exactly machan. Engineers are also good analysts & statisticians, they do economic analysis, annual report & all these quantitative processes. In fact almost all the engineering students are now doing CIMA. it has become the requirement & trend of the time.

No mcn, Engineers are not exactly doing their work in Banks. Are you telling electronic engineers, Civil engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and etc are taught in universities to work in banks ? NO, if you think so, you are mistaken mcn.

yes, they can work in banks, but their degree is not for banking stuff. And now u understand why they come to banks, it is because they know business side, Accounting jobs are more better than Engineering jobs.

Even a medical doctor can do CIMA or ACCA, then join a bank and do statistical stuff.
