yes , can do, only O/L need. CIMA is recommended if she is good in english. if not AAT.
in my advice to ur sister dont let her to do CIMA or AAT if she is not good enough for Accounts as well as mathematics because those professional exams are based on analytica thinking so tell her to choose different path which is not stressful to her brain unless she ll physically and mentally down

Not all are good in Numbers, so HRM and Marketing can do without numbers

Mchn what she did for a/l's.If she failed all three subjects it will be very hard for a her to follow and pass cima as it needs critical thinking and knowledge.If she's not good at getting good grades cima is not for her.I would suggest her to do HRM at ipm will be easier for her.by the time tell her to do a/ls just to get even 2 passes.that will open more doors for her.
