අරගෙන ස්පීඩ් එක නැති කොට ඇහුවම කිව්වේ ඔය උඹ දාල තියෙන කතාව තමයි.


ඩයලොග් වලින් අයින් වෙලා Etisalat නම් ගන්න එපා. දෙකම හම්බ යක්කු. ගනිල්ලා මොබිටෙල්. ගූ උනත් අපේනේ.

This is Dialog net speed from Huawei Mediapad.

I have got this speed at Union Place and Kalubowila both.
But i am not getting this speed at all the times.

Broadband speed is heavily depend on the Device
Coverage and the Users per tower therefore
no need of scolding the ISP.

If you don't have required speed at your home move
to some other one.

Then you can realized that the quality of the service of the
all ISPs are same. Anyone is not perfect.

According to my knowledge some of the things which the customer
care guy has told is completely wrong. But that depends on person to person.

Anyway if he provided wrong information that is wrong and the company should be responsible for such thing.

This is not about OTHER PEOPLES SPEED!.. Who cares what your speed is?? It's about the Dialog customer care guy who has no clue whatsoever about things he say. If DIALOG SAYS they can only give 1Mbps they SHOULDN"T be advertising as 3.6Mbps.

They advertise 3.6 Mbps which means 3.6 Mega bits per second. 1 Byte = 8 bits.

3.6 Mbps does NOT really mean you can download a 3.6 MB file in just one second. That's network traffic speed machan.
You actually get 1/8 of the Mbps amount as the MB/s rate (Mega BYTES per second).

Looks like that Heshan fellow doesn't know how to explain it to you.

(I usually tunnel thru 1 Gbps lines and that doesn't mean I can download a blue ray in 8 seconds )

I didn't show you my connection speed. If that's the way you deal, be my guest.

Give a try to some other ISP who promises faaaaast speed and you'll experience the same. Good luck!

මමත් මේක කියන්න ගියේ.
මේ චැට් එක කරපු කෙනා කියනවා 495kbps එනවා කියලා.
ඒ කියන්නේ 3.6mbps තමා. ඒක ඌ දන්නෙත් නෑ ඩයලොග් එකේ මෝඩයා දන්නෙත් නෑ.
