partially agree. It is true that there should be a balance in work as well as life.

(1) Some jobs requires to complete projects. Some days, you need to work hard till late to meet deadlines.

(2) If you forward those statements to your boss, he may simply dismiss you and wish good luck to find another job. You may lose your wife as well, since she does not need to continue with a loser like U.

(3) we are living in a capital society. Don't forget that.

Remember ..........modern wife expect a car and nice home with modern furniture and equipment. This may seems fool to you. U will understand these things once you marry and spends some years. (I knew one friend that his wife needs a car always when she want to go outside with her baby).

So you need to work hard to some extend to maintain such living conditions. If you work too hard everyday, then you will lose everything. There should be a balance

I agree. Working hard doesn't mean that you have to work late. In my theory, working hard means, managing your time effectively. You can work really hard for 8 hours and will still have time for your family. There will be some exceptional days every now and then, that you have to stay late finish your target.
