    umbata bulk karannada ona cut karannada? umbe height ekai weight ekayi kiyapan balanna.. bulk karana eka lesi machna, heavy weights & low reps. body eka define karana eka tikak kattak low weights & more reps. bulk karanna nam machan proteins ambaneta ganna ona.. meats, protein shakes (whey, soya..) excericices walata kalin creatine tikak ganin.. anyways check

    take abt half hour before u lift.. if you are bulking it will give some more strength to push more weight.

  • Supplement mama nam anumath karanne ne bnz ewwa wala side effect thiyanawa eka godak un danne ne..... eka nisa kema walinma hadapan bt godak kal yay..... gova kapan(mal/kola) thawa eggs wala sudu madaya kapan bt puluwannam beef kapan... Eta amatharawa uba samanyek ka\ema kana welawal gana wedikarapan (at least 4 or 5)
