When we pay LKR590+taxes, if we get 4 gb + 5gb data day and night respectively, and IF IT IS FREE, then what are we getting for the money we are paying? Isn't that data what we BUY? Isn't that what we PAY FOR?

And then you mention "excess data." So if the 6gb is "free data bundle," and the rest is "excess data," what are we paying for? What is our merchandise?
