Friends Don't buy any fujitsu laptop from SALA enterprises

Dear friends,

do not buy any laptop or any of electronic device from this SALA enterprice. I my self is a victim of buying stupid service
from these fake sellers. After completed the very first year as soon as my warrenty period is over my laptop motherboard was
not working. I gave them to repire my laptop and after that there was a stupid assistant manager of technical call sandaruwan
contact with me over 2 complete months telling lies of different different isuues. but at last they said my laptop motherboard
cannot be repaired and you have to buy new motherboard. After I wend there and ask them to fit that laptop as was earlier and give it to me
belive me they dameaged my laptop motherboard by trying it to rapire and can't even see that it's feeling very sad.
they have told me to pay 36000/= rupees for new motherboard. I was agreed and for that time it had completed over 4 months.
they gave me my laptop saiying that was repired and even said they can not return my laptop old motherboard. After that i brought that laptop
from there shop to my hope as soon as i was started to use it i notice my keyboard some keys are not working. I complain that to them because they
have kept it over 4 months and they have damaged the ribborn of the keyboard and that also gone. they(stupid sandaruwan) again ask to
replace it with new one the cost is 13000rs/=. I felt that i should have buy a new laptop earlier. i was trapped by sala.
they i bought a new keybord for 7500/= from ebay and i myself replace that. next after sometime i have plugged my laptop for presentation
to projector it then i notice new motherboard's VGA port has a problem because screen is full of green. I gone there and shoughted to that
stupid sandaruwan. after that they said a very ideotic thing like this. "we have given you a tempory motherboard till your new motherbord is come.now new motherboard is
with us and give u'r laptop and replce it". I bare that and say they didn't even tell me that earlier. Thinks every people,,
if I didn't pluge it to monitor i might even not know that i'm using a damaged tempory motherboard. Think what kind of services they have.
and also people ,,don't buy Fujitsu brank in anywhere in srilanka. Specially from "SALA". Accesories are not exist in Srilanka ,even in Unity Plaza

Those are Japanese brands , and i think they (sala) is selling refurbished laptops which can be bought in JAPAN for a lower price!

Don't buy Japanese laptops in SL , I myself have a NEC laptop superb quality , but if it gets damaged , there won't be parts to replace !

My one is like more than 7 years ! lol , still my sister is using it with win 7

මෙතන තියෙන්නේ ජාති ආගම් ප්‍රශ්නයක් නෙමෙයි බන්. උන් කොහොමත් බඩු විකුණන කොට හොඳි තමයි. උබ පොඩ්ඩක් warranty claim එකක් කරන්න ගිහින් බලපන්, කොහොමත් router එකක් කියන්නෙ ලැප්ටොප් එකක් තරම් ගණන් දෙයක් නෙමෙයිනේ. උබටත් ඒ වගේ දෙයක් උනා නම් මුස්ලිම් කඩ හොඳයි කියයි ...

i brought mine from laptop.lk ( Rilwan) and is still working without any problem.. the only thing i faced was the battery ... after around 1 and half years the battery went dead which is acceptable because i am a heavy user.. now the laptop is older than 3 years and is still in good shape to compete ...
