Epsi warranty is superb. They replaced my VGA card twice with b'new unit. Good company. They are Tamil and customer service is good. Take around 2-5 working days for warranty replacement

Seriously! their CS is good. I brought VGA and after 1 week it died and they replaced it with a new card. New card worked for around 14-15 months and stopped working, Epsi said they don't have the stock and asked me if i like to get a new generation card with similar value (Price). I said yes and quickly they gave me brand new better performing card.

I brought couple of items from them including Apple macbook, only VGA gave me issues. Usually epsi take around 2-5 days for replacement. They probably slow to you but but for me they worked perfectly. 1000% better than Unity.
