Thisara is suffering from anxiety and he requested a break from cricket so as to get his focus back.
He saying to the SLC he needs to take a break from competitive cricket as he says he can't give his best for the country in his current mental state.
His psychiatrist talked with Thisara yesterday and he gave a statement to the SLC still his mind is not ready for the playing but he will recover soon
