First, I would suggest you try a soft reset of the phone. Before doing this, go to settings > applications > Internet Explorer > delete history. Once this is done, go to phone storage > phone > temporary files > delete. After doing this, remove the phone battery for 2 minutes, replace and reboot the phone. Check once again for updates and try and install them.

If you continue to get this error, try going to settings > keyboard > locate a keyboard language that requires a download and download it to the phone. Once the keyboard has been downloaded, go to the store and check for any updates here. After that, go to settings > phone update > check for updates and try updating the phone one more time.

If no progress is made, it may be time to consider the factory reset of your phone. As described in this thread, this has at least helped one other customer having a similar issue.​
