If you intending to get loan from NSB, go to their Loan Centre with your payslip and meet credit officer. You can get details about how much you can get and what documents you want to provide.

NSB construction loan rates 10.5% and was 9.5% for professionals (if you have degree or similar with working position).

Go directly to their loan center in Kollupitya  head office.

machan nsb eken danata masa 5 ta kalin loan ekak gatta 11% rate ekata dan 15% nisa eka wadi karaida 15% ta,,,,,,

If the loan is on fixed rate / fixed payment then the interest rate will not go higher.

If the interest rate come down then you will be still paying the same amount. Will not come down.
