Finally I managed to contact My dealer over the phone on 09.07.2015
He said he did all the things he can do about my vehicle, he send many emails to the factory but they didn't respond him and there is noting else he can do about my vehicle.
he said this in a very hard and unpleasant voice.
He also said that my car was't manufactured yet and this issue is known up to higher officials.
Then I send an email to the one of companies higher officer & mension the above situation.
And I also mention that I cant fight with their thug type dealers. I Settled Full Amount and waited Patiently up to now. As a customer I had a right to be informed.
I asked that officer to take a disciplinary action against that thug type dealer and I always love to testimony against him in such enquiry or at least advice him to what is customer care is.
I also mention that I'm not in a position to deal with that thug type dealer.So please be kind enough to nominate another person to handle my deal.
10.07.2015 that officer's agent phoned me & told that one of my car's component was defected & they ask the chinese company to send a new one. Therefore they didn't put my car into the assembly line .
I told her that I'm not in a position to trust their words & I ask her to send me an reply email.
Also my dealer gave me a call & told the same and also told that I can have my car in 21.07.2015.
But I cant Trust him anymore, so now I tried to get a reply e mail from the company .
