Toyota Safety Sense Earns Corolla Full Marks in Japan Preventative Safety Assessment Test
Thanks in part to the first-ever commercial deployment of the newly developed Toyota Safety Sense C collision avoidance support package, the Corolla Fielder and Corolla Axio have earned the top ASV+ rating under the JNCAP Preventive Safety Performance Assessment.

Toyota City, Japan, Apr 15, 2015 - (JCN Newswire) - Thanks in part to the first-ever commercial deployment of the newly developed Toyota Safety Sense C collision avoidance support package, the Corolla Fielder and Corolla Axio have earned the top ASV+ rating under the JNCAP1 Preventive Safety Performance Assessment. Reflecting the high level of their preventative safety capabilities, both vehicles are the first in this fiscal year to receive full marks in the assessment (which was introduced last fiscal year).
The Preventive Safety Performance Assessment focuses on collision prevention and impact damage reduction capabilities, as well as lane departure detection and warning capabilities. Two levels of assessment are awarded: ASV+ and ASV (short for "Advanced Safety Vehicle"). From this fiscal year, the program assesses the performance of displays that provide the driver with information captured by rear-facing cameras.
The Toyota Safety Sense C package incorporated in these redesigned Corolla models features
re-collision System (PCS) with Brake Assist and Automatic Braking functions- Lane Departure Alert (LDA), to detect and alert the driver if the vehicle starts to deviate from the lane
- Automatic High Beam (AHB), that ensures excellent forward visibility during nighttime driving
In addition, Toyota has priced2 the vehicles to encourage widespread adoption of technology that supports safe driving.
(1) Japan New Car Assessment Program (JNCAP); vehicle safety information provided by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) and the National Agency for Automotive Safety and Victims' Aid since FY1995. The information comprises results of safety evaluations for commercially available vehicles based on tests including collision safety performance tests, pedestrian protection performance tests and braking performance tests.
(2) Standard for certain grades; cost as option: 54,000 yen (including consumption tax); includes a feature that detects when the vehicle ahead has moved forward from a traffic light.
THREAD එකෙන් UPDATE කරන්න හැදුවේ PRICES . දැන්නම් මේ CAR එක පොඩ්ඩක් මිල අඩුවෙලා. නමුත් ගොඩක් තැන්වල නම් 50 උඩතමා තියෙන්නේ.
HYBRID වලට සම්බන්ද සාමාන්යයෙන් අවශ්ය දේවල් මම PRIUS THREAD එකෙන් කිවුවා. එක හැම HYBRID එකකටම පොදුයි. එන්ජින් OIL ගැන නම් ඉතින් මම කියන්න යන්නේ නැහැ අවශ්ය හොද OIL එකක් බලලා දාගන්න . නමුත් OIL මාරුකරන එකනම් 3500KM කරන තරමට හොදට KM ප්රමාණයක් කරනවා.
HYBRID සියලුම රථවල (MID HYBRID හැර.) කවුරුත් දන්නවා නිතරම එන්ජිම OFF වෙනවා ON වෙනවා. ඕනෑම රථයක එන්ජිමේ තියෙන තෙල් උපරිමයටම පාවිච්චි වෙන අවස්ථාව තම එන්ජිම ON වෙන සහ OFF වෙන අවස්ථාව. මේ හේතුව නිසා එන්ජිමේ ඇති තෙල් දහනය (පිච්චෙන) වෙන ප්රමාණය වැඩියි NORMAL රථයකට වඩා. එනිසා තමයි HYBRID රථයක තෙල් 3500KM පමණ ධාවනය කාලයකදී මාරුකරන්න කියන්නේ.

HYBRID රථයට එන්ජින් OIL මාරුකරන අවස්ථාවේ එකියන්නේ අලුතින් OIL දානකොට ඔඩිකොලෝන් බෝතලයෙන් 1/4 කටත් තෙල් අරගන්න. නැවතත් ( 3500KM පසු ) OIL මාරුකරන අවස්ථාවේ. OIL අයින්කරනකොට නැවතත් අනිත් ඔඩිකොලෝන් බෝතලයට නැවතත් 1/4 ට අයින්කරන තෙල් අරගන්න. පැය 2 1/2 පමණ බෝතල දෙකම එක තැන තබා එක විටම ඒකාකාර වේගයෙන් බෝතල දෙකේම මුඩිය යට පැත්තට හරවන්න. (මුඩිය ඇරලා කරන්න ඕන)
