Resume/CV in word or PDF

    mage nag advice eka word danna kiyala. oya HR wala enna samahara aya PDF open karanna danne naa. word danawa nag docx neme doc format eken danna.

    If its for an IT firm, it's best to have it on PDF machan. Anything else would be considered unprofessional. The idea here is that a CV is a document that should be in a format that is not ready to be edited or modified.

    So always use PDF format unless the company is asking for a word document specifically. On a personal note sometimes we don't even read word based CV's.

    And best of luck if your looking for a job...
