Yes I am using it. You can create account using above link. When creating the account, choose the option payoneer debit card not bank account (you can add bank account later). They will send you debit card within 2-3 weeks. There is an one-time activation charge of $ 29. For each ATM transaction they charge $ 3.15.

You can simply send invoice using your clients email. They he can pay it using a method he like.

You also can add your bank account. Minimum amount is $ 200.
