No machn this is a totally different scenario the Solar energy that is taken by the panels that are installed on houses will be in grid with CEB or LECO companies so there is no need of batteries for storing the energy. the power you feed to the companies will be deducted from your monthly bill.
Then how do you get power during the peak hours? The issue is CEB get base load at a very low price less than Rs 10 per kWh and solar and wind capital cost is around Rs 20 for kWh.
There are many people promoting solar farms and wind farms and trying to sell power at Rs 20 and finally we all will have to pay higher rates.
But the scenario is different for residential tariff where unit price goes up to Rs 55 and it is cheaper for the customer.
On peak hours you get the power from CEB either way you will be saving money I have a 3Kw solar system installed my monthly bill was previously around 9000/- now its about 650/- the initial cost for the solar panel system was around 4 lacks

hey man don't mind me asking. But how did you manage to get such a huge amount of a bill after all? Are you running a business on your own or something??![]()

I run 2 Air Conditioners![]()

WTF do they cost that much of a bill?
But you probably won't be frustrated in these hard heated times anyway![]()
