in this thread u can find the latest 7.2 global stable rom. try flashing it. maybe if it's able to solve the battery problem then it's better than nothing neh..

seriously not keen on flashing roms as I have to backup and transfer everything all over again..

Usually resellers not installing the official rom from xiaomi. it's a custom rom.
so better flashing an official rom
however flashing or not that's your call mate

Best thing, the annoying du boost/ clean master/ etc are no longer there popping up every few seconds

Nope. Using 2 Sims, both active.
