I know you are a doctor. Could you please enable private messages at least for 24 hours? This is a very personal issue. (I have one of my closest relation who's a doctor working at Peradeniya General hospital, at least I don't like to reveal the situation to him. - BTW this is not a pregnant girl friend case)
