First it is dangerous to the users of the road to charge such manner. If it is 230v it cannot be drawn along a public road in this manner. There are even school children in the vicinity and there is a danger that the extension wire may be damaged and there is a likelihood of one being electrocuted or even killed. So there must be another method , and before such vehicles being put on road these needs to be considered. All of us once in a while overestimate or underestimate things. So this could happen though rare. But when it happens what is the safest and best way.
