Finish it up on the next year.

You can't do like that.Course duration should be 2 years.Not the duration you took to complete

It doesn't matter. You'll run out of visa to complete the modulenor subject. But you can apply again for an extra fee. Most universities will be okay with this because there might be a problem related to student, family problem etc.

So does it mean than you can register for a 1 year MBA and qualifiy for the 2 year study requirement?

No never. The program is a 1 year program. But if you fail the modules you'll run out of visa. it doesn't mean you will get that additional months added upto your final program.

Does your wife have any edu qualification on the fielded she works ? If not its best that she has a Cert 111 or above for the child care job. 457 is a Work Visa and not PR. If you need more info PM me.

Yes she has 1 certificate and 2 diplomas. Another diploma shes doing now.
