don't know about exilesoft. You can get a good experience and knowledge from i3. Good architects and TL are there. good working environment. Transport shuttles to train stations. chill out area with xbox and carrot board. Nothing to say bad about i3 only management may change you to other projects if they wish (not a big problem)

company 2 ma hodai, in i3 i guess you have to stuck in to ERP stuff.But in exile they have different projects on different technology stacks.So if you want to change your project you can switch it,But in i3 you cant do that.
