According to your statement I m not the only one who upset due to this decision. Most of the doctor as well as 99% of university students and some sane people of this country are upset too. In other hand you and some of the shortsighted idiots along with those money hungry ministers and some of the wealthy people of the country are happy with it. All can see that your side consist of more and more bastards and not the people who truely love the country.

We are not saying that SAITM should be closed. Bu it should be regulated and should rise it's quality.
Those SAITM students should complete their education too. but they need to rank against the gvt students before they enter the hospitals to do their internship. If they can sit on final mbbs then they can mix with gvt students to obtain a higher rank. If they are willing to do Act 16 then they will rank after the gvt students and will mixed with foreign student.
If they don't do any exam, where would they rank? After all gvt and foreign students?

GMOA is not making an Act. They are discussing with the relavant ministers about the issue. What are you really thinking?

Nobody cares who is upset or what. Courts certainly don't care about feeling. it's law what matters in the courts. if majority in the country is with you then bring a bill to the parliament and make it the law. that is the democratic process and the only way. until that happen (if at all) stop whining and accusing courts for following the goddamn law.

You don't know the difference between the constitution and a bill. you don't know anyone just can't give mbbs certificates now. you don't know that courts didn't "disabled" SLMC. most importantly you don't know that courts follow law not emotions and yet i'm the idiot? good one mate

SAITM asked for common mcq and no responds from SLMC yet.

Good. try to bring a bill to the parliament and make it to the law. until then admit it you guys lost the case fairly and stop accusing courts for hurting your feelings.

I agree with your opinion and statement, this is an advice from me bro, don't waste your valuable time to argue with these kind of people, they never understand what 's going on there and what is the reality of this and what will happen in the future,

So what is your opinion now? Are you trying to teach me about how the law works? What are you doing man? It doesn't matter to me how it happend. However now it had happend and your feelingless robotic court gave us a bullshit dicision and now whole country is in trouble.

So it seems like your duty is to prove that court did nothing wrong. I don't care man. You and all the people with such bullshit ideas are thinking like you. You don't truely care about what will happen to the SAITM or to the country.

What you want is to support anything that acting againt the doctors. Keep your hate aside and think freely about the what will happen to you or your family if those SAITM people start practicing here wothout passing a propper barrier exam.

Yes i was trying to teach you how law works but seems like you are too stupid to understand.

you think it's a bullshit decision? nobody cares. you think country is in trouble because if that decision? nobody cares. it's your "opinion" different people may have a different opinions therefore courts do not and cannot care about opinions.

"It doesn't matter to me how it happend" this sums it up. what you are basically saying is " i don't care why court gave that decision but i don't like it so they are wrong" learn to make an argument.

What the hell are you telling? how can you say that nobody care about a wrong decision? There are so many people who want to see a better tomorrow. People like you in the other hand are only thinking about their private agendas and not the common outcome.

Now it seems like you are just searching around for my tiny word mistakes and you seem don't care about my viewpoint on the matter. It'sad to see that you are losing and now desperately trying to capture the irrelevant false logic on the subject.

I didn't want to make an argument. I just wanted to have a conversation with you to clarify the situation. Read your comments again and try to see at least a one good comment of your's to be useful to a reader Other than you and me. You are just taking out some nonsense idiotic logic which are not useful nor important. Those idiotic logics only shows that your poor knowledge on the matter.

What I am basically saying is court did a big mistake by allowing the SAITM student to practice in SL without having proper battier exam. I am not saying that the SAITM should be closed. But SAITM should be regulate under the guidance of medical ordinance or the SLMC. They should write a barrier exam such as final mbbs or Act 16 before entering the got hospital to practice.

Do you even understand English? I said nobody cares about your opinion! It's a wrong decision in your fucking opinion! You are upset because courts ruling did not align with your opinion despite the fact their is no legal basis for such.

I'm loosing and i have "poor knowledge in the matter"? lol are you serious? says the one don't know the difference between the constitution and a bill. says the one don't know anyone just can't give mbbs certificates now. says the one don't know that courts didn't "disabled" SLMC says the one don't know that courts follow law not emotions says the one who says courts should amend laws.

Dude name calling only works in grade 5 debates

Courts didn't do that. current sri lankan law did that. courts only pointed it out. again nobody cares whether you like it or not. that's the current law and everyone should respect the law. no exceptions for doctors or their boot lickers.
