Not correct. You ca not predict like this as data access speeds depend on many factors and the summation cannot be done as statistical multiplexing is the correct method. But without proper traffic information you cannot calculate

On cable capacities there are many technical information a network configures. lit up wavelenghths gives the activated capacity in a WDM system. BBG tolal capacity is decided among the consortium based on the investment and i do not know dialog share of it. But their activated capacity should be much less than the cable capacity.
