මචන්ලා, මට උදව්වක් ඕනි.

මම samsung J2 එකක් dashcam එකට use කරන්න හදන්නේ (මේකේ touch එක වැඩ කරන්නේ නැහැ, warranty claim එක reject. )
ඉතින් මේකට කරන්න වෙන වැඩක් නැති නිසා හොදම option එක තමයි මේක

මම test කරා මේක autoboy app එකත් එක්ක. දැනට හොද ප්‍රතිපල තියෙනවා,

දැනට මට තියෙන ගැටලු තමයි,

1. phone charger එක connect කරාම phone එක auto on වෙන්න ඕනි, ඉතින් මේකට app එකක් හරි වෙනත් විදියක් හරි,

2. charger එක disconnect කරාම හරි, screen එක off වෙලා 5/10/30 min වලින් හරි auto phone එක off වෙන්න app එකක් හරි වෙනත් විදියක් හරි,

තියෙනවද කියන එක ඉතින් දාන්න කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවනම් help එකක් දෙන්න

*මේ app එකේ තියෙන පහසුකම් අනුව charger එක connect උන ගමන් auto recording ON වෙලා disconnect උනාම 30 seconds වලින් auto app එක close වෙනවා dash cam වල system එකටම

use as a dash cam is a good option for old Android phones.

But the main problem is HEAT. Your phone soon to stop working after it reaches a certain temperature. Heat may damage your phone display (thankfully it isn't working lol).
Don't place your phone directly to sunlight. so not near the windscreen?


Answering your questions,

01. You can't do that with your current stock firmware. You may need to flash custom rom in order to do that. Some custom ROMs kernels allow the phone to boot automatically when the charger is connected. I can't suggest a one since I don't have a J2, but XDA is the place.


02. You can simply do that with Android automated app that has access to ROOT.
I can suggest following apps for that
Automate
Tasker for my favourite
MicroDroid
AutomateIt


Find a way to reduce heat.

Don't bump your shit. nobody can help you because I have been through this cam shit. it won't work unless you do what you have to do in the first place that I mentioned in my post
