මේකයි බං මෙහ underground cable එකක් damage මීට අවුරුදු 11/2 ඉඳන් complain කරන්නෙ. ඒකට වතුර යනවලු. ඇයි මේ හැත්ත මේව හදන්නෙ නැත්තෙ?
ඒකෙ ඇතුලෙ සමහර line හොඳයිලු. ඉතිං මුන් loop change කරල බලනවා ප්‍රශ්නෙ ආවම. ඒත් damage cable එක එතනමයි.

what's the snr now? snr of 20 or above is not that good. that's why your connection is disconnecting
what's your snr now? if it's changing all the time have the line that comes to your house checked. it could be the issue.
