I took this last Friday. Yes there was a M5 locomotive that hauled the train from behind.

it was carrying foreigners , they were requested some special area in the journey without support Locomotive. one foreigner got accident in that journey while capturing on foot board. only 3 drivers in Sri lanka who piloting this engine & one of them is a young trainee
