මචන්ලා මට ලොකු ප්‍රශ්නයක් ආව. මන් ගාව තියෙන excel file එකක් open කරන්න හදනකොට Excel cannot access the "file name". The document may be read only or encrypted කියල එනව. මේ file එක කලින් protect workbook කියන ඔප්ශන් එකෙන් පාස්වර්ඩ් එකක් දාල තිබුනෙ. අද මම windows ෆෝමැට් කරල අලුතෙන් office 365 package එක දැම්මා. කලින් තිබුනෙ office 2016 ඒකෙන් තමයි මේ file එක හැදුවෙ. දැන් මේ file එක ඕපන් කරන්නත් බෑ වෙන තැනකට copy කරන්නත් බෑ. මට මේක ගොඩක් වැදගත් එකක්. ප්ලීස් මචන්ලා මොකක් හරි විසදුමක් කියන්න. මේකෙ එක එක දේවල් try කරල බලන්නත් බයයි copy එකක් තියාගන්න බැරි නිසා. copy කරනකොට මේ error එක එනව. you need permission to perform this action. You require permission from "blah blah" to make changes to this file.

error 0x80071771 This file cannot be decrypted.කියල එකකුත් ආව. මේ file එකේ මම උදේ editing වගයක් කරා දැන් තමයි මේ අවුල එන්නේ.computer වැඩ්ඩො ටික මට උත්තරයක් දෙන්න මචන්ලා

if needed it will ask for admin permission, click yes, and password if applicable.
