as prof. Channa Jayasumana correctly pointed out, when the peritoneum is opened for C-sec, by crimping the Fallopian tubes, you can do a damage to them. As a result the patient may sub-fertile or non-fertile.
when you crimp a soft tissue tube in the body, they tend to heal by fibrose tissues.that fibrosis may cause shrinkage of the inner hollow or the patancy of the tube.

Dr. Ruwan M. Jayathunga was a gentleman doctor we had, but I can't understand why he can'r understand or memories that this is Sri Lanka & each & everything is political here......
