These chips have a specific format in the name. A lot of hardware details can be known if you know how to decode.
They have the format like MXXXBXXXXXXX-XXXXX

The 15, 16 position signifies the DDR speed - but that's not clearly visible. - but I think it's CF8 - which means 1.5v, DDR3 -1066 (533MHz@CL=7, tRCD=7, tRP=7)
Your CPU-Z shows 533MHz which is correct, because it's DDR - Double data rate - the chip transfers data on the rising and the falling edges of the clock signal, giving an effective data transfer rate of 1066MHz. Hope it's clear.
There were a series of Foxconn G41s. Some of the had a max of 4GB, some 8GB.
Unless the board type cannot be found not sure to say anything. I don't think the type A0 or B0 really matters. But go for the B0.
