Going to GYM two times a day

    දවසට දෙපාරක් gym යන්න පුළුවන් ද බන් ? මට උදේ ගැහුවම හවස් වෙනකන්ම අමාරුයි නේ , legs එහම කරන දවසට අනිත් දවසෙත් හැක් වෙලා ... :shocked::eek::eek::eek:

    If you get proper diet and 8 hours or more sleep in night, I don't see any problem with that

    You gonna loose muscles plus nutrients in the body which will lead to other problems.Using pool is ok as long as you don’t do weight training twice.

    LOL - You can go to gym many times as you wish. but doing work out only recommended once a day. even continuous 2-3 daily workout requires 1-2 day recover time to your muscles/body. not recommended to work 7 days.


    for me, finding 3 days (2hrs per day) per week to visit also difficult.

    for me, finding 3 days (2hrs per day) per week to visit also difficult.
    Ya I know , the good thing is that gym+swimming pool is on my way to the office.
    Since there are lots of traffic in 7:00PM around , I used to spend that time in Gym instead, so I could utilize that time in managed way.

    You don't understand,

    what you mean by harm ?

    Is that losing the muscles ? But they are getting stronger and stronger right ?
    Small muscles have more strength since the neurons are what do the job right actually ?


    What I need is low resistance to the water, like a water snake I need to swim.

    Then do crossfit not weight lifting.If you do weight lifting twice you surely will loose muscle and get chronic issues later in life
