But if you are thinking of joining the fleets of recognized tour companies such as Aitken, Andrews etc., remember that's not as easy as you think. I mean, joining is very easy but read on.
They give priority to the old acquaintances, and you will be getting hires of Indians, their own staff, and anything else which doesn't give you a commission. They will tell you to display their nameboard (a magnetic board) and you will have to BUY it from them!
And their staff guy handling the hired vehicle department is like a govt office director - rude, arrogant, and has a sense of "do as I say or leave" kind of mentality.
