මගේ ලැප් එක hp pavilion g6 i5 එකක්. ලගදි ඉදන් වැඩ කරනකොට ස්ක්‍රින් එකේ ලැග් එකක් යනවා පෙනුනා. ඉතින් හදන කෙනෙක්ට පෙන්නුවා. මිනිහා කියනවා vga ඩ්‍රයිවස් නැතිවෙලා කියලා, ඊට පස්සේ ආයිත් වින්ඩෝස් දාලා vga ඩ්‍රයිිිිිිිිවර්ස් දාලා බැලුවා. නමුත් ලැප ඒක ගන්නැ. ඊට පස්සේ ආයි බලලා කිව්වා vga ඩ්‍රයිවර්ස් ගන්නැත්තේ ලැප් එකේ vga ඩ්‍රයිව් එක ඩැමේජ් වෙලාය, ඒකක් දාන්න ඕනාය කියලා.

ඇත්තටම ලැපෙන් වැඩක් කරගන්න අමාරුයි ලැග් වෙනවා , වින්ඩෝ එකක් පැත්තකට කලොත් කැඩි කැඩි යන්නනේ.

3. Use ddu to uninstall existing graphics drivers ( laptop will restart with low resolution, don't freak out)
4. Install the graphics drivers you downloaded from HP. (laptop will restart again at native resolution)

Did you install graphics drivers from a verified source? (eg: hp or intel) Modern computers with UEFI usually verify digital signatures of drivers during boot and installing unverified driver may prevent windows from booting up.

Check whether you can access bios by pressing f2/f6/f10 before windows logo appear and disable fast boot/secure boot or anything along those lines. If bad driver caused the problem, laptop should start after disabling those options.

Worst case scenario would be corrupted system files due to virus or malware or even bad sectors in hard drive. If this is the case you might have to repair windows using an installation media (usb or dvd) or boot off of live usb (eg: ubuntu) to access the file system and make necessary backups.

*edit* spamming f8 before windows logo appear should bring advance boot options menu though i am not sure if this is supported on uefi bassed systems. give it a try.
