My DL has B1, B, C1, C, CE, D1, G1, G & J included. It is a Heavy Motor Coach License.
In guess there's another Light Motor Coach License.

You are confused. What you refer to as a normal "car license" ( සැහැල්ලු වාහන ලයිසන් ) is a Dual Purpose Motor Vehicle. It will ONLY valid for....

"Gross Vehicle Weight does not exceed 3500kg and the seating capacity does not exceed 9 seats inclusive of the driver’s seat, which may be combined with a trailer of which maximum authorized tare does not exceed 750kg: Motor vehicle in this class include and invalid carriage and all cars where the seating capacity does not exceed 9 seats inclusive of the Driver’s seat."

What sithija said is true. You can register certain vehicles (like double cabs) as Light Lorries. It costs less in Registration costs but cannot be driven with a normal license.
