PC route - Probably the best prices in town if you can wait. Direct importers.
RedTech - Always out of stocks though, but better to check with them.

And like I said earlier, post a thread under classifieds section in gamer(dot)lk and see. There are many vendors and individuals in there who are selling high-end pc gear. You may be in luck.

But if you like to save money, best thing is to wait. Even the used 30x series cards are being sold well beyond the price they were bought. There was a thread in gamer(dot)lk on a 3070 for 270K (card was originally bought for nearly 200K as I remember). It may still be available cause none of us wanted to spend that much.
