Oops... Sorry to hear. There seems to an increase in MND since lately. I am aware of three such cases in one town only. One of them passed away.
They are on Riluzole. Riluzole isn't a cure but can delay the degeneration. This is the only approved drug. There's also CuATSM which is said to delay the disease was on trials.
A lot of research goes into MND but so far no proper treatment.
