A definitive answer cannot be given by anyone. If your notebook manufacturer has Windows 7 drivers for all the hardware then certainly you can. Also you can run Windows 7 on a virtual machine without touching Windows 10.
Note that Windows 7 is no longer supported. If you are competent enough you can try to install Windows 7 from scratch. But make sure that you have imaged the original Windows 10, so that you have a way to go back if the WIndows 7 install doesn't work satisfactorily.
